My New Trainers..

After Over 700 miles in my orginal running shoes. I have a new pair. I won Park Runner of the month at Frimley Lodge for the month of October and the prize was these Beauties. Maybe now I can push on for another 5km PB!!

My Old Trainers

Well i have had these trusty Nike Structure 13 trainers for 2 years and over 700 miles of running . They served me well and I will miss them. Thank you old friends you kept me going though thick and thin. As you can see they have seen better days :-)

92nd Park Run

Average time this week at the 92nd Park Run clocked in at 25.23 a second faster than last week!! a not very flattering picture of me on the finish line....

Frimly Park 5Km PB!!

I broke my personal best at the 5km Frimley Park Run on the 15th of October 2011 in a time of 24.46.

It had been 6 months and 21 Park Run attempts to beat it but I finally did!! heres some photos of me crossing the line! 

Loseley Park Nov 2011 Toughest 10km of the Year!

What a tough 10km run probably the hardest I've ever attempted. As the pictures show it was a real challenge. Got a PB of 59.51 for the course this is the 2nd time I have run it my time in 2009 was 1h07. Managed to finish 289th out of 517 runner. Was really chuffed to run it in under 1 hour.

I ran with Mr Tony Dudson and great friend and running partner.
