Was a fun run this morning got a time of 25:12 felt like I was pushing it! We had 2 diffrent camera angles this week? Very cool. As you can see from the photos I was looking rather dapper in my Orange\Purple combo. I rewarded myself with my 2nd trip to the canal cafe for a bacon sandwich.

What a difference a week makes. Was very mild and conditions where soft. Had a fairly decent run of 25.25. Not too shabby. This week I also joined a few of the runners and volunteers down the canal cafe for a bacon sandwich, I think this maybe a regular occurrence :-). 
 
No Pictures this week as our regular photographer had a week off.

11th Feb 2012

 Snow and ice covered the course this morning and it was very cold again.This turned the course into a winter wonderland it was really fun to run around. It was also the 2nd anniversary of the Frimley Lodge Parkrun.. We where asked to wear fancy dress.. I donned my Jon Bon Jovi wig. Conditions saw a slower than usual time of 26:48 partly to do with the wig and snow :-)

Very cold this week -6 when we started. Who would have thought that it was almost PB conditions !! ran a 24:50 my 2nd fastest ever. I seem to perfer the cold weather.
