Another great morning and another sub 25 min run. Really feeling that i am getting better and a time of 24:26 proved it.That is my 2nd fastest ever Park Run.!! Tony Ord my work colleague is a great runner and he helped me around the course this week so big thanks for his encouragement.
James is also improving on a weekly basis beating last weeks time by 31 secs. Slashing his PB to a fantasic 25:06!!!.. I took forever to get down to that kind of time so James is running amazing times.
