My 60th Park Run

A very wet Park Run this week, rain, mud & lakes of puddles. Tricky conditions to run on and that was reflected with my time of 25:56. Had a race to the line with my friend David he just beat me by a second.. I'll beat him next week i hope.And lets hope for dry conditions next week.

James had a injury this week and volunteered he did a great job of standing in the rain encouraging the runners through the canal turn. He ran in with the last runner on the course and crossed the line in his hi-vis vest. :-)
