May\June Runing Fun

It was a very busy May and start of June we have doing mostly 10km runs.At Frimley hospital 10km I got a PB of 44:43 and ran really well and at London 10km one of my favorite races of the year I paced Kelly my amazing girlfriend to a new PB what an experience that was .nother brilliant event we entered as the Ball Brother team was the Windle Valley 10km relay this event was a 1km loop around Windlesham Field of Remembrance was a fun evening with loads of the parkrun family taking part.

At the start of June we had the first of the Yateley series where James set a new PB of 44:20 beating mine by 23 seconds he had a great run and has set a new bench mark for the Ball Brothers over 10km. Also in June we ran Polesten Lacey 10km was a challenging off road course and was pleased to do it in sub 50 mins James and Kelly also run this event and both did really well!.
