My 60th Park Run

A very wet Park Run this week, rain, mud & lakes of puddles. Tricky conditions to run on and that was reflected with my time of 25:56. Had a race to the line with my friend David he just beat me by a second.. I'll beat him next week i hope.And lets hope for dry conditions next week.

James had a injury this week and volunteered he did a great job of standing in the rain encouraging the runners through the canal turn. He ran in with the last runner on the course and crossed the line in his hi-vis vest. :-)

My 59th Park Run

Another week another great run, dispite a soggy Frimley Park. Plenty of puddles to run through and the ground was soft so i was really pleased to run at time of 24:39.

James headed out quick this week and at the half way point he was in front. I made a come back on the 2nd lap but he had me worried. James has improved so much i feel he will be running my pace in a few weeks. For the record James ran 25:09 just 2 seconds outside his PB.. outstanding.

My 58th Park Run

4th Sub 25min Run In a Row.

Another great morning and another sub 25 min run. Really feeling that i am getting better and a time of 24:26 proved it.That is my 2nd fastest ever Park Run.!! Tony Ord my work colleague is a great runner and he helped me around the course this week so big thanks for his encouragement.



James is also improving on a weekly basis beating last weeks time by 31 secs. Slashing his PB to a fantasic 25:06!!!.. I took forever to get down to that kind of time so James is running amazing times.

My 57th Park Run

A NEW PB!!

Perfect conditions for this weeks Park Run. And what i run!! I broke my PB by a huge distance 30 seconds.. 24:15 quite where i found that from i do not know.? I set my last PB of 24:46 back in Oct 2011. That was 23 Park Runs ago!.

I need to thank Brian Holden for his amazing encouragment and pace making skills. He dragged me through the last mile and really spured me on to my amazing new PB. To say im pleased would be a unstatement. Also as James has been running so well i really needed to step it up so i must thank him for my rasing my own running levels.
 
James hot on my heals again this week and he again improved his PB running a time of 25:37 that his now his 4th PB in a row shaving 22secs off his previous best.. Brillant running,
