Closed out Jan with a decent run.. Conditions still muddy and soft under foot. My brother James turned up for support and spured me on for the last half mile. Would you believe James has taken up running hopefully i will see him at the frimley lodge 5km soon. Beat last weeks time by 1 second !!! 25.33 good times :-)

Been getting more and more muddy at the Frimley Park in January and this makes for hard work running around the course. Getting a bit faster since the turn of the year and clocked in this week with a time of 25:34

Compleated my 45th park run today.. Count down to 50 is on. Today was cold -3 when we set off so  put my kit on including my new running leggins and gloves. Enjoyed todays run came in with a time 25:45 a marked improvment on last week. Freeeezzzingg

New Years Day

New Years Day !! News Years Eve was hard enough but this was tough being a bit hung over did'nt help a whole lot but is was 10secs quicker than the day before :-) go figure.
