My 56th Park Run

Conditions where decent this week another run under 25mins a 24:59 notching up my 56th Park Run.
a slighty slower time than last week but my second sub 25min run in a row.. that its a first. Running sub 25 has been a goal of mine for a while so im really happy with my current form

James was again on great form and took a massive 1:19 off his PB with a time of 25:59 an amazing 7 mins quicker that where he started on th 3rd of March!

My 55th Park Run

Had a pretty good run this week with a time of 24:51 notching up my 55th Park Run. That is my first run under 25 mins since 22nd October 2011.



My brother James who is now a Park Run regular again broke his PB with a time of 27.20 he is getting closer to every week.. Think i may have to up my pace :-)

March 17th 2011

Had a good run with a time of 25:24 notching up my 54th Park Run. Today’s exciting news was that I received my 50th Park Run t-shirt. A long time coming and now I’m heading for my 100!!!.

My brother James again ran and broke his PB and got around the course in 29:41 amazing as he has only been running for 2 months. There is a classic picture of him doing the robot on the finish line?? :-)

A change of Park Run this week.. The inaugural Guildford Stoke Park was taking place. The run was hilly as the park in a bowl and there are hills either side.. This made for a hard run but still managed it in 25:10. James my brother also ran it as did other Frimley Park runners we where will represented. Here is a picture of the event...

3rd Of March 2011

Was raining this week and was a bit slippy underfoot i recorded a time of 25.19 was looking to go quicker this week but the rain put pay to that. Brother James has recently started running and this was his 1st Park Run and he did very well coming in with a time of 32:08. Was great to see him running.
