My brother James again ran and broke his PB and got around the course in 29:41 amazing as he has only been running for 2 months. There is a classic picture of him doing the robot on the finish line?? :-)

Had a good run with a time of 25:24 notching up my 54th Park Run. Today’s
exciting news was that I received my 50th Park Run t-shirt. A long time coming
and now I’m heading for my 100!!!.
