My 59th Park Run

Another week another great run, dispite a soggy Frimley Park. Plenty of puddles to run through and the ground was soft so i was really pleased to run at time of 24:39.

James headed out quick this week and at the half way point he was in front. I made a come back on the 2nd lap but he had me worried. James has improved so much i feel he will be running my pace in a few weeks. For the record James ran 25:09 just 2 seconds outside his PB.. outstanding.
